MASSERIA + OLIVE OIL TASTING + PARCO DELLE DUNE COSTIERE

Lubus will take you to one of the most fascinating areas of the Ostuni coastline, exploring historic masserie and ancient underground olive mills, before immersing you in the enchanting landscapes of the Parco Naturale delle Dune Costiere, among monumental olive trees and unspoiled nature.

ITINERARY 2

VALLE D’ITRIA AROUND OSTUNI + WINE TASTING IN THE VINEYARD

Lubus will guide you into the heart of the Ostuni area of the Itria Valley and its picturesque landscapes, also riding along a stretch of the Water Cycle Route, among legendary characters, churches, trulli and other traditional rural architectures. We will cross the districts that connect Ostuni to the borders of Martina Franca.

THE TOUR INCLUDES:

∙ Stop in Contrada Galante and walk along the Water Cycle Route

∙ Visit to the evocative rural hamlet of Pascarosa, with stops at:

  [D] The Calvary dedicated to Seppe li Sierre, a legendary local figure

ITINERARY 3

PARCO DELLE DUNE COSTIERE + CYCLING TOUR ALONG THE VIA DEL PROCACCIA

Lubus will guide you along ancient roads once travelled by legions, Templars and pilgrims, and through the unspoiled nature of the Parco Naturale delle Dune Costiere. In the second part of the tour, visitors will ride either traditional or electric bicycles along the ancient Via del Procaccia—now a cycle path—ending the route with a small traditional aperitif.

THE TOUR INCLUDES:

• Visit to the Parco delle Dune Costiere with several stops, including:

• the “White Road”, which runs from the heart of the park towards the sea;

• Lama Cornola and its karst depressions;

• walk along the Morelli River and the aquaculture system.

• Dolmen di Montalbano;

• Refreshment break before the cycling tour;

• Cycling tour along the Via del Procaccia, the ancient route once used for postal deliveries during the Bourbon era. Visitors will cross evocative natural areas featuring defensive towers, karst depressions (lame), and small bridges surrounded by Mediterranean scrub.

• Stop with a small aperitif.

ITINERARY 4

PARCO DELLE DUNE COSTIERE + VISIT TO THE MEDIEVAL GARDENS & WINE TASTING

Lubus will guide you along ancient roads once travelled by legions, Templars and pilgrims, and through the unspoiled nature of the Parco Naturale delle Dune Costiere. The tour will then continue into Ostuni’s historic centre, inside the Orti della Grata, medieval gardens that today preserve plant varieties at risk of extinction. At the end of the visit, guests will enjoy the sunset while tasting a glass of wine paired with freshly prepared products from the garden.

• Visit to the Parco delle Dune Costiere with several stops, including:

• the “White Road”, stretching from the heart of the park toward the sea;

• Lama Cornola and its karst depressions;

• walk along the Morelli River and its aquaculture system.

Lubus will guide you into the heart of the Ostuni area of the Itria Valley, among legendary characters, churches, trulli and rural architecture. We will cross the districts that connect Ostuni to the borders of Martina Franca, with several stops along the way. In the second part of the tour, Chef Roberta Bari will teach visitors the traditional preparation of orecchiette, which everyone will then enjoy together.

THE TOUR INCLUDES:

• Pugliese iced coffee in a historic bar in Ostuni

• Stop in Contrada Fumarola and visit to the votive shrine

• Visit to the rural hamlet of Pascarosa, with stops at:

• Specchia Satia

• The hamlet’s small church and main square
